Adult Classes 

Food, Fellowship & Freeze

Teamwork in the kitchen!  Each participant will help with the prepping, cooking, and assembling of meals (enough for a family of 4) to take home and freeze.  When weeknights are busy, you'll have dinner already made and ready to go!  ($10 per person plus cost of food/supplies) 

Company’s Coming! Workshop

Participants will develop a repertoire of simple and delicious recipes to use over and over in their kitchen.  Each student will know what to keep stocked in their pantry to be able to put a impressive homemade meal on the table with little notice and little clean-up. Making beds and cleaning bathrooms not included. 
($15 per person plus cost of food/supplies) 

Introduction to the Fine Art of Cooking

The fundamentals of culinary school.  Always wanted

to enroll but never did?  This 6-part class will highlight the important techniques of cooking, including secrets every well-seasoned chef knows.  Sign up for all six or for just try out one. 

($20/person/class plus cost of food/supplies).

Kids Classes 

Become a Chef

Equips middle-school-aged children to properly master meals they can make at home. Promotes safety and confidence in the kitchen as well as family interactions at home.  *(Cost and Time: TBD based on participation.) 

Become a Baker

Science at work!  Students learn how to bake bread and cake from scratch

HomeSchool Chorus

Every Thursday
1:00 - 2:00 pm
A class for students 11 years old and up* who love to sing and 
want to learn proper vocal technique and basic music theory.
This group will perform at the end of the semester for at least one holiday performance.

$40 for 11 weeks + performances
*some flexibility with ages

Beginning Strings
Thursday
3:30 - 4:30 pm
A class for students with little or no experience with strings 
where they learn in a fun and nurturing environment. 
Intermediate Strings
Thursdays
4:30 - 5:30 pm
A class for students who love playing strings! 
 A fun group setting that prepares students to perform and become stronger musicians.
